The Georgetown Land Development Company, LLC, is located in the historic former Gilbert & Bennett Wire Mill Manufacturing Company headquarters, built in 1906 in Redding, Connecticut. We encourage people to visit. Please contact us to set up an appointment. By Car: We are located at 1 North Main Street, Redding, CT, 06896-3105—just down the street from the intersection of Route 107 and Route 57. For directions and maps, please visit Google Maps. By Train: The reactivated Georgetown Station on the Danbury line of Metro-North Commuter Railroad is not yet operational. However, visitors can use the Branchville Station, which is approximately 2 miles away from our site. We are easily accessible to Grand Central Station in New York City. By Plane: The Danbury Municipal Airport is 10 miles north of the Georgetown Land Development Company and is frequently used for corporate travel.
